CANCELLATION

Guests can cancel free of charge up to 1 day before arrival. Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival or no-shows will be charged the full stay. (Non-Refundable Rates are not eligible for refunds.)

As a small business, cancellations affect us significantly. If you booked through a third party (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia), their cancellation policy applies, and any changes must be made through them first.

Thank you for your understanding and support!

CHECK IN

Check-in begins at 3:00 pm. Your room key and welcome envelope will be waiting for you in the entry foyer, so you can arrive at your convenience.

For your peace of mind, our foyer and exterior are monitored by CCTV.

Checkout is at 11:00 am—simply leave your keys in the room before you go. A $75 fee applies for lost or unreturned keys.

Need an early check-in or late checkout? It depends on availability, but we’re happy to store your luggage if needed. Let us know how we can help!

PARKING

Street parking is available! Just ask your innkeeper for a permit when you arrive. Please check street signs for snow or street clearing to avoid tickets—we wouldn’t want that to be part of your stay!

During winter, parking can be limited as we rely on independent snow removal services, but we’ll do our best to help.

Please note that any parking fines are the guest’s responsibility. Additionally, there is a $100 replacement fee for lost parking permits. Let us know if you have any questions—we’re happy to assist!

POLICIES

 SMoking/vaping

Smoking/Vaping is NOT permitted inside the property

Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are from 10 PM – 7 AM. Please be mindful of other guests so everyone can enjoy a restful stay. Thank you for your consideration.

Damage & Theft

We want every guest to have a wonderful stay!

Please treat the space with care—charges may apply for damage, theft, or intentional harm. Thank you for helping us keep it beautiful for everyone

  • Are caretakers on-site?
Yes, our friendly live-in caretakers help maintain the property and assist guests when needed.
  • Can someone help with my luggage?
Absolutely! If you need assistance, just email us in advance with your arrival time.
  • What’s nearby?
We’re just 5 to 15 minutes from downtown hotels, restaurants, the harbor, scenic trails, convention centers, and historic sites. Whether you're here for business or leisure, you’ll be close to everything!
  • Is parking available?
While there’s no designated parking directly in front of the townhouse, you’ll always find open street parking just a short walk away. We provide a detailed parking map both online and in your welcome materials, along with a parking pass for your convenience.
  • Do the rooms have a view?
Our front-facing rooms offer lovely scenic views through large, double-sealed windows—perfect for soaking in the city’s charm. If you prefer a quieter stay, our back rooms provide a more peaceful retreat, though they do not have exterior views.
  • Is there an elevator in the building?
Our home was designed to make the most of its charming, historic setting, and as such, there is no elevator. However, we have two full-time live-in caretakers who are happy to assist with luggage if you let us know your arrival time in advance.
  • What can I expect from the rooms?
Each room is thoughtfully designed for comfort, with a desk, chair, and upholstered seating. Our smallest room, at just over 200 sq. ft., still offers ample space to relax and unwind.
  • Are there kitchen facilities available?
While we don’t have a full kitchen for guest use, we provide a mini-refrigerator, microwave, cutlery, cups, and plates so you can enjoy snacks or light meals at your convenience.
  • Where can I find tourism information?
While we can provide some local info, it’s best to contact Newfoundland’s tourism professionals at 1-800-563-3959 for more detailed recommendations and itineraries
Have a question? Send us an email, and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
